· 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened

· 1 T lemon juice room temperature

· 1 cup finely chopped radishes

· 1 clove garlic, minced

. 1 T chopped fresh dill weed or 1 t dry dill weed


1. Cream cheese until smooth (I have found this works best if you leave it out of the refrigerator for a short time).

2. Add radishes, minced garlic, dill and salt.

3. Mix together and chill for 1 hour or more.

4. Serve with wheat crackers, thinly sliced kohlrabi, or another veggie stick.

You can also mix all ingredients together in a food processor for a smoother blend.
