3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard
~ 3/4 lb radishes (10-12) - washed, trimmed and grated
1 small onion - peeled and grated 


1. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, dill, cumin and mustard in medium sauce pan. Bring to boil. 
2. Add grated radish and onion. Stir to combine. Cook until softened, approx. 3 minutes. 
3. Remove from pan, allow to cool. Chill overnight before serving. 
*Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator. Feel free to play with spices a bit to adapt to your tastes.
