Ingredients

3 cups Cucumber Puree

1 tablespoon fresh raw Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon raw Apple Cider Vinegar

3 ounces raw Dairy Cream

3 ounces raw Milk

2 tablespoons raw Coconut Oil

2 tablespoons unheated Honey

Directions

Step 1: Set the cream, milk, oil & honey out at room temperature. The milk & cream won't blend well with the oil if they are still cold.

Step 2: Peel the cucumbers, and then blend into a smooth puree.

Step 3: Blend the cream mixture together, and then add this mixture to the cucumber puree.

Step 4: Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Shake or stir. Enjoy!

ALTERNATIVE: Substitute 1 of the 3 cups of Cucumber Puree with Watermelon Puree.

A good fluid to drink if you perspire a lot and you need to rehydrate. Great for athletes. Blend together in the morning, and then sip on it all throughout the day.
