Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
6 1/2 ounces graham crackers (12 crackers), finely ground (1 1/2 cups)
2 1/2 ounces (5 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
Graham Cracker Crust Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pulse graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt in a food processor until combined.
Firmly press crumb mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake until crust is fragrant and edges are golden, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Pie Filling Ingredients
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/4-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup whipping cream
1 quart strawberries
Instructions for Pie
In In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and almond extract until well blended.
In small bowl with electric mixer, beat whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into cooled baked shell.
Arrange sliced strawberries over cream cheese mixture in a beautiful formation. Refrigerate.
