makes 2 servings

2 frozen bananas

1 cup ice

1 1/2 cups (packed) kale (could also use spinach)

3 tablespoons cacao nibs

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 1/2 cups rice milk (original variety) (could also use dairy milk or any other preferred non-dairy milk as well)

2 tablespoons hemp seeds for healthy fats (opt.)

sweetener to taste (we've used a little stevia could also use a little maple syrup)

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.  Taste, and sweeten as desired.

(We've made this without the cacao nibs in the past, we just add in a couple more tablespoons cacao powder instead!)
